Ghost is a private B2B marketplace powering the resale economy. During my first year at Ghost I led an aggressive series 0-1 projects taking us from a fast growing Series B with service market fit to growth state series C focused on optimizing key business metrics associated with with our ambituous growth goals. During this time I established and scaled the design team standing up 3 high performing product developement pods working across the core feature set. This included moving all offline deals from a brokerage model to varying levels of automation allowing our sales team to focus on whet they do best, manage relationships. Problem Statement
DeFi adoption in Africa faces challenges due to a lack of technical knowledge and infrastructure. Blockchain systems can be complex, which makes it difficult for many Africans to use.

I conducted a competitive analysis of existing products some of which are Binance and Xend Finance, two of the top players in the African market.

It can be overwhelming for new users, with a lot of features and options that may be difficult to navigate
Confusing terminology and jargon
Finally, Binance's customer support can be slow to respond, which can be frustrating for users who need help with issues.

The user flow highlights the different pathways a user can take when trying to navigate Huzl app. The app employs a simple and straightforward navigation system that allows users to move effortlessly between different sections and features, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable user experience.
